In 2024 Dex received another assignment from WikaGedung, It encompasses:

• Review existing building layout and envelope and recomend design improvement options towards Net’zero.
• Conduct energy audit to measure the operational energy and carbon of the manufacture building, explore possibility and logical scheme to use renewble 1energy, and identify opportunity to use Smart Performance Monitoring.
• Assist and prepare documentation for Greenship NetZero Certification
