In 2018, Dex act as a team member & accompanied consultant to prepare report on Knowledge Sharing Program ATR/BPN on Land Consolidation & TOD in Japan.
In 2019, we prepared a preliminary study on an integrated asset redevelopment of Ministry ATR/BPN Land Asset which included envisioning TOD area of Sisingamangaraja district, located right in front of an MRT station. This project was funded by JICA (Japan International Corporation Agency).
